Jill Patrick, Managing Artistic Director
Jill Patrick comes to the position of Managing Artistic Director with passion for creating opportunities to excel. Working Title Playwrights is an organization dedicated to just such a belief. Jill hopes to foster growth and nurture continued excellence in playwriting for all members of the organization, from the novice to the pro, present and future. She welcomes the chance to work with each and every one of you as we collectively bring WTP to the forefront of new American play development.

Betty Hart, Moderator
Betty is WTP's resident moderator, commanding talkback sessions in virtually all of our play development programs. Betty has worked in the field of educational theatre since 1990 and works full time as the Casting and Resident Director for Kaiser Permanente Educational Theatre Programs. She was instrumental in creating the Atlanta Unified auditions for the Atlanta Coalition of Performing Arts, and was the chair of the Unified's committee from 2000-2003. She was the Casting Director for the Southeast Playwrights Project (SEPP) from 2000-2005 and was the theatre curator for the 2001 Seen + Heard Atlanta Women's Arts Festival. Betty has been directing for 7+ years and has directed full productions, staged readings, and/or workshops for Theatre Emory, Theatre Decatur, SEPP, State University of West Georgia, Seen + Heard Atlanta Women's Arts Festival, and The Process Theatre. Betty has an intense love for new work and for playwrights making her a great addition to the Working Title Playwrights family. In Betty's own words, "There is nothing more exciting than new work and it is an honor to collaborate with the playwrights as an actor, facilitator and director." Betty is the proud mother of her boxer Callie and her two tortoiseshell calicos, Nerissa and Portia, and is a member of Actor's Equity Association.
