Working Title Playwrights to Present Sherry Paulsen’s Time Flies DEC. 6th at 8:00 p.m.

Decatur, GA – Working Title Playwrights (WTP), Atlanta's leading play-development organization, announces the staged reading of Sherry Paulsen’s Time Flies.

Time Flies spans the 40 year career of Marsha Treadwell, from stewardess to flight attendant in the ever changing often turbulent world of commercial flight. Although a zany commentary on the airline industry, this play zeros in on the life of a woman through one of the most evolutionary periods of time in history for the female population - from the sixties to the birth of the twenty-first century. From "Coffee, tea or me?" to "I am Woman hear me roar!" Marsha shares the intimate details of her journey…its joys, its sorrows, and inevitably, its surprises. Sherry Camp Paulsen's passion for dialogue was kindled in the late 70's and early eighties as a radio scriptwriter in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Atlanta.

Time Flies will be presented on Dec 6th in a workshopped reading starring Carolyn Cook and Betty Hart under the guidance of Atlanta director Patricia Henritze.  The presentation will be followed by a moderated talkback with the playwright.

At The Academy Theatre, 119 Center Street, Avondale Estates, 8:00 p.m. Admission is $6.00.  For reservations or more information please contact WTP at 404.441.2716, or e-mail managing@workingtitleplaywrights.com.
